ERASMUS GALVENĀS
NOSTĀDNES
ERASMUS
programma (European Region Action Scheme for the Mobility
of University Students - Eiropas reģiona universitāšu
studentu sadarbības shēma) ir Eiropas studentu apmaiņas
programma, kas izveidota 1987. gadā. Tā veido lielu daļu no
Eiropas Savienības Mūžizglītības Programmas 2007.-2013.
gadam, un ir rāmis Eiropas Kopienas iniciatīvām augstākajā
izglītībā.
ERASMUS
programma ir iekļauta SOCRATES programmā, kuru Eiropas
Komisija nodibināja 1994. gadā. SOCRATES programma beidza
pastāvēt 1999. gada 31. decembrī un 2000. gada 24. janvārī
to nomainīja programma SOCRATES II, kuru savukārt 2007. gada
1. janvārī nomainīja Mūžizglītības programma 2007.2013.
gadam.
Erasmus
politikas principi (EPS), attiecināti uz LKrA:

Piedāvāt veiksmīgu apmaiņu starp Latvijas Kristīgo
akadēmiju un citām Eiropas universitātēm un
institūcijām, kas saistīta ar izglītības un attīstības
programmu un citām aktivitātēm attiecībā
uz studentu un darbinieku mobilitāti,

Diskutēt par Eiropas prasībām darbinieku un studentu
izglītībā, attiecināti uz darba devējiem,

ES rīcības programma mūžizglītības laukā 2007.-2013. gadam
un Mūžizglītības programmas politika Latvijā 2007.-2013.
gadam nodrošina pamatu izglītības aktivitātēm LKrA.

Studiju
programmu attīstība un mobilitāte, institūcijas un darba

lekcijas partneru universitātēs, ERASMUS intensīvie valodu
kursi, intensīvo programmu projekti.

Izstrādāt mācību līdzekļus saskaņā ar valsts
izvirzītajām prasībām mūžizglītībai (latviešu un angļu
valodās),

Palielināt elektronisko materiālu izmantošanu par 20%,

LKrA

Saskaņā ar Studiju līgumu LKrA nav pieļaujams rasisms un

ERASMUS MOBILITĀTES
KVALITĀTES
NOTEIKŠANAS
SISTĒMA IETVER:
Studentiem:
Līgumu ar universitāti vai institūciju; ECTS kredītpunktu
pārnesi. Studentiem ir ECTS informācijas pakete, Mācību
līgums un Sekmju izraksts. Informācijas pakete ir pieejama
par kursiem savlaicīgi, kas ļauj studentiem sagatavot Mācību
līgumu un atbilstošu mobilitātes sadarbības rāmi. Kvalitātes
socioloģiskā analīze saskaņā ar noteiktiem kritērijiem.
Regulāra atgriezeniskā saite un rezultātu komunikācija
notiek dažādos līmeņos. LKrA sadarbībā ar partnera
universitāti vai prakses institūciju garantē divpusēju
līgumu, kas nodrošina aktuālu informācijas apmaiņu par
pieejamiem kursiem. LKrA izmanto tiešsaistes līdzekļus
jautājumos, kas attiecas uz apmācību kursu skaitu un sekmju
pārskaitīšanu. LKrA rīkojas pēc saviem iekšējiem noteikumiem
un integrētām socioloģiskajām procedūrām, kuras diktē
Nolikums par ERASMUS studijām un mobilitātes kvalitāti. Šis
dokuments garantē pilnu akadēmisko atzīšanu tiem studentiem,
kuri vēlas piedalīties ERASMUS mobilitātē. Studenti, kuri
pārvalda angļu valodu, spēs iekļauties LKrA akadēmiskajā un
sociālajā vidē. Apmaiņas studentiem ieteikts mācīties
latviešu valodu, lai gūtu labāku ieskatu vietējā kultūrā.
LKrA piedāvā intensīvu valodas apmācību ERASMUS studentiem,
pirms sākas mācību gads. LKrA apgādā studentus ar prakses
iespējām mazajos un vidējos uzņēmumos. Apmaiņas studenti
tiek izvietoti privātos dzīvokļos (kā īrnieki).
Maksa par dzīvošanu mainās no 30 līdz 50 Ls mēnesī. Pušu
attiecības nosaka līgums.
Pasniedzējiem:
Pasniedzēju mobilitāte notiek saskaņā ar Nolikumu par
apmācības un pētniecības aktivitātēm. Rezultāti no
mācībspēku mobilitātes tiek izplatīti socioloģiskā analīzē
un kvalitātes novērtējumā (LKrA iekšienē) un publicējot
izbraucošo mācībspēku lekciju (ārpus LKrA).
Mērķi:

Pieņemt izaicinājumu un meklēt ceļus, kā organizēt
studentu uzņemšanu, kas vērsta uz profesionālās
pieredzes iegūšanu, kā arī, lai diskutētu pievienoto
vērtību,

Veicināt kvalitatīvu sadarbību starp LKrA un studentu
uzņēmēju institūcijām, sniedzot labu institucionālās
sadarbības un iespēju paraugu.

ERASMUS is the EU's educational and
training programme for mobility and cooperation in higher
education across Europe.
It's different actions not only
address students wishing to study and work abroad, but also
higher education teachers and enterprise staff intending to
teach abroad.
ERASMUS
MOBILITY
ERASMUS mobility is regulated by the
ERASMUS
Students charter.
For purposes
of ERASMUS mobility the LChrA cooperates with the
Latvian
Association of the Christian Professional Education.

Fundamental principles FOR ERASMUS STUDENTS
The
ERASMUS programme (European Region Action Scheme for
the Mobility of University Students) is a European student
exchange programme established in 1987. It forms a major part of
the European Unions Lifelong Learning Programme 2007-2013, and
is the operational framework for the European Commissions
initiatives in higher education.
The
ERASMUS Programme is incorporated into the SOCRATES programme
established by the European Commission in 1994. The SOCRATES
programme ended on 31 December 1999 and was replaced with the
Socrates II programme on 24 January 2000, which in turn was
replaced by the Lifelong Learning Programme 20072013 on 1
January 2007.
Erasmus
Policy Statement (EPS) related to LChrA:

To present and exchange successful
cooperation example between Latvian Christian Academy and
other European Universities and companies concerning
Curriculum development and other activities related to
student and staff mobility,

Discuss the implications of the European
educational requirements for teaching staff and students in
relation to employers,

EU Action programme in the field of the
life-long learning 2007-2013 and the Programme of the
Life-long learning policy in Latvia 2007-2013 provides basis
for quality educational activities at the LChrA.
Main issues which have been planned by the LChrA
for ERASMUS:
Curriculum development
and mobility, Institutionemployer relations, students
field-work and mobility, Employersstudent relations and
mobility, Teaching stafflecturing in other partnering
universities, exchange of experience in enterprises in the
partnering countries, ERASMUS intensive language courses,
Intensive programme projects.
Other
actions:

to work out learning aids according to the State issued
requirements for the life-long learning education (in both
Latvian and English languages),

To increase the use of the e-learning
materials for 20%,
-
To sign agreements with small and middle size
enterprises for student field-works,
-
LChrA secures democratic and
non-discriminating learning context: students from all
Christian denominations are accepted, their denominational
convictions are respected, and disabled students are
integrated in the study process. According to the Study
agreement no racism or xenophobia is permitted at the LChrA.
LChrA agreed to comply with the following:

Inter-institutional agreements have been
signed with all the institutions for the mobility purposes,

No University fees for tuitions,
registration, examinations, access to library are to be
charged to incoming ERASMUS students,

Full recognition is given to students for
satisfactorily completed activities during their mobility
period,

Quality is ensured for: (a) the organization
of student and staff mobility, (b) the organization of
student placements,
-
Curriculum information is up to date,
transparent,
-
Equal academic treatment and services are
ensured for home and ERASMUS students,
-
Transcripts and information are provided in a
timely manner to incoming ERASMUS students and their
institutions,
-
ERASMUS
teaching activities are facilitated and acknowledged,
-
LChrA promotes and gives visibility to the
ERASMUS activities,
-
LChrA complies with the non-discrimination
objectives set out in the life-long learning programme.

LChrA
using ECTS credits, learning agreement, transcript of
records to facilitate academic recognition of ERASMUS study
periods abroad,

Diploma supplement is awarded to students.
SYSTEM FOR ERASMUS
MOBILITY
QUALITY
EVALUATION INCLUDES:
For students:
contract with the University or enterprise; credit points
transfer in ECTS. Students have ECTS Information package,
Learning Agreement and Transcript of the records. The
Information package is available on courses in due time to allow
students to prepare up-to-date Learning Agreements and a smooth
framework for mobility cooperation. Sociological analysis of the
quality according to the stated criteria. Regular feedback and
communication of results takes place on different levels. LChrA
in cooperation with the partnering university or the field -work
institution provides guarantees in bilateral agreements to make
the actual information on courses accessible to each other.
LChrA introduces online tools regarding the amount of learning
courses and transcripts of records. LChrA has its internal
regulations and integrated sociological procedures regulated by
Regulation for ERASMUS studies and quality of mobility. The
document guarantees full academic recognition for students
wishing to take part in the ERASMUS mobility. Students efficient
in English will be able to cope with academic and social setting
at the LChrA. Exchange students will be advised to learn Latvian
in order to gain better appreciation of the local culture. LChrA
offers intensive language courses for ERASMUS students before
the study year begins. LChrA provides students with the
field-work opportunities in small and medium sized enterprises.
Exchanging students are accommodated in private housing. The fee
varies from 30 to 50 Ls p/month. Relations between parties are
regulated by contract.
For teachers:
teaching staff mobility takes place according to the Regulation
for teaching and research activities. Results from teaching
staff mobility are distributed by sociological analysis and
quality evaluation (inside LChrA) and by publishing lecture of
the outgoing teachers (outside LChrA).
Objectives:

To meet challenges and ways to organize
international students placements directed towards acquiring
the professional experience as well to discuss added value,

To promote the quality cooperation between
LChrA and placement institutions by providing good
institutional examples and opportunities.
Main issues:

Cooperation within the frame-work of ERASMUS
programme,

New strategy and arrangements inside LChrA:
to introduce and agree on clear cooperation policy and
methods, to define roles. Rights and responsibilities of
parties involved,

Involvement of the LChrA leadership and staff
in supervising the working process of a student in
placement; agreeing on requirements of placement cooperation
and guidelines for the quality assessment, as well the
assigning of supervisor for student placement in
institution. Regular information exchange between
supervisors, staff and placement partners,
-
The quality of cooperation between LChrA and
placement is ensured by measures agreed on and accepted by
both parties including the sociological evaluation of
cooperation, cooperation in quality evaluation, invitation
of the placement representatives to the LChrA Senate
meetings,

Involvement of the field-work administrator
from the LChrA in work relating the international practical
placements,
-
The important measure to guarantee the
quality and success of time spent in placement is signing
the Learning Agreement between the students of the LChrA and
the placement institution,
-
LChrA takes the main role in organizing,
managing and monitoring the placements. Work placements have
direct link to the Curriculum. LChrA can prolong the
placement in order to develop occupational skills of a
student,

To ensure the quality of students placement
LChrA considers the guidelines of ERASMUS University
Charter, the Standards and the Guidelines for Quality
Assurance in the European Higher education area, European
Union Action Programme in the field of Life-long learning.
